BREAKING NEWS: Sacramento County prosecutes first musician to violate Governor Newsom's recent declaration halting all renditions of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" during 'in home' live streams. Anthony 'Big Vini' Galioto, a sixty-seven year old former teacher, was arraigned this morning at Sacramento Superior Court. To further compound Mr. Galioto's circumstances, he was issued an additional citation for failing to comply with Governor Newsom's 2018 declaration forbidding performances of "Hallelujah" with ukulele accompaniment. Galioto will be required to perform one hundred hours of community service, and probably face fines for each violation. His membership in the Musician's Union, local 420, has been revoked.
